Peace Chants features chants written by Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi, and Swami Kriyananda, a direct disciple of Yogananda. They are performed by Ananda Kirtan, a group of singers and musicians from Ananda—the world’s largest network of yoga communities. Chanting is accompanied by guitar, harmonium, kirtals, and tabla.
